NSW Requirements – Serious or systematic non-compliance, including actions that breach road transport law, privacy requirements, or involve dishonesty, suspected fraud or misuse of device data must be promptly notified to RMS for escalation (NSW MAIP Provider Guide)

TAS Requirements – only if the result of any audit conducted reveals major non-compliance by Approved Interlock Installer or an Approved Interlock Service Provider with its obligations in connection with the Mandatory Alcohol Interlock Program and DEIR’s requirements. Guardian must contact DIER immediately and inform of corrective and preventative action and provide a copy of the report (MAIP Conditions of Contract).

WA Requirements – serious or systematic non-compliance, including actions that breach road law, privacy requirements or involve dishonesty, suspected fraud or misuse of Approved Alcohol Interlock data must be promptly notified to Dot for escalation (WA Alcohol Interlock Program Accredited Service Providers Guide).

VIC, SA, NT, ACT Requirements – report any significant events of non-compliance, this is to adhere to GIS QMS requirements.
